K-sa-de-a....

K-sa-de-a:
Tuna (flavored preferred, Hickory smoked works like a champ)
Chopped bell pepper (red, orange, yellow, green...pick your favorite colors)
Chopped onion (could replace with Onion Powder if you're not going to saute or sweat the veggies)
Shredded cheese (mexican mix)
Tortillas (flour)
Pinch of salt
Black Pepper
Thyme
Parsley
Garlic Powder

Mix everything but the tortillas together. General ratios is 1 package tuna to 1 cup peppers to 1/2 cup onions to 2 cups cheese. Spices to flavor. Heat skillet to medium, place a tortillas in the skillet, spread mixture liberally onto tortillas, top with second tortilla. Brown (approx 2 to 5 minutes depending on temp.), flip, brown, serve. Easy, very little fuss and reasonably tasty......
